Parent Memo 2/16/12
Letter as it appeared in Sunday’s Bulletin:
A Letter From the Principal
Dear St. Ladislaus Families and Friends,
I have the sad task of informing you that due to circumstances over which I have no control, I will not be returning as principal to St. Ladislaus next year.
My gratitude goes out to the many people who showed me their kindness and support these past three years. I wish only the best to St. Ladislaus Parish and School in the future. God bless you.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Linda L. Brusky
Principal
This is a message from Sister Rosemary: “We are planning to have the parents’ meeting on February 23 but we have canceled the speaker on multi-age learning. We will talk to the parents and ask them what their future desire is for the school, since there was a reluctance to the idea expressed at meeting last month.”
Join us for an afternoon of fun, games and music at St. Ladislaus Mardi Gras. Mardi Gras is this Saturday, March 18th in the Church Hall from 12:00 P.M. – 5 P.M. Admission is $4.00.
Tomorrow, Friday, February 17th there is no school due to a faculty in-service. There will also be no school on Monday in honor of President’s Day. Enjoy your four day weekend!
Wednesday, February 22nd is Ash Wednesday, please join the school children at the 8:15 A.M. school liturgy. This would be a great way to start off the Lenten Season.
Please keep the Second Grade Class in your prayers. Tonight at 7 P.M. they will receive the Sacrament of reconciliation for the first time.
